1. Guarantee certificates make 24 months. The full term of operation of the equipment is not less than 20 years.

2. The powerful design base and developments of own research center allow to modernize existing and to make new types of the equipment including according to sketches of the customer.

3. Draft machines according to scheme 3 and 5 have detachable bearing knot that increases maintainability: replacement of bearings in the case is possible without renting of the driving wheel. The bearing of a bigger standard size is installed in smoke exhausters according to scheme 3 and 5 from the driving wheel that increases reliability of draft machines .

4. Production of draft machines with the bearing SKF hub which advantage consists in convenience of operation is possible. Use of jellied lubricant in the bearing SKF hubs excludes a leak, increases a resource of the bearing and expands the temperature range of its work.

5. The axial guide vane has the improved design. As result, vibration decreases and, respectively, noise level decreases during the operation of the smoke exhauster.

6. Technology of rivet connections of driving wheels – landing of a rivet on “hot”. And, as a result, preservation of geometry of the driving wheel, lack of beats of disks and smaller vibration.
