– The gas flow can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise (i.e. right and left) if viewed in the direction of the exhaust pipe.
– CDSs have a conic form.
– Unlike cylindrical CDSs, СDК-CN-33 have a conic form, that is why they are not used in gangs.
– СDК-CN-33 has a higher efficiency due to the elongated conic part.
The unit consists of the conic part and the spiral outlet, used to form the gas or air vortex. Under the influence of centrifugal powers dust particles are removed through the exhaust hole. The purified air or gas is thrown from the unit through the coaxial exhaust pipe.
Description
Conic CDSs СDК-CN-33 are used to clean soot-gas and soot-air mixtures from solid particles in pneumatic transportation, aspiration and cleaning systems in various black plants.
