High-pressure fans VR 12-26 are designated for displacement of air and other non- explosive gassteam-air mediums, which do not cause accelerated corrosion of carbon steel (rate of corrosion – not more than 0,1 mm a year), wherein content of dust and other solid impurities is not more than 0,1g/m3,and there are no adhesive substances and fibrous materials.

High-pressure fan VR 12-26 К is designated for displacement of corrosive non-explosive mixtures, which do not cause accelerated corrosion of steel AISI 409, being an analogue of 08Х13 (Steel 12Х18Н10Т– upon request of a customer) (rate of corrosion –not more than 0,1 mm a year), wherein content of dust and other solid impurities is not more than 0,1 g/m3, and there are no adhesive substances and fibrous materials.

Industrial high-pressure fans VR 12-26 V (R) are designated for displacement of gas-steam-air mixtures of IIА, IIВcategories, which do not cause accelerated corrosion of carbon steel and brass (rate of corrosion – not more than 0,1 mm a year), wherein content of dust and other solid impurities is notmore than 0,1 g/m3, and there are no adhesive substances and fibrous materials. These fans cannot be applied for displacement of gas-steam-air mixtures, coming from process units, in which explosive substances are heated above the temperatures of their spontaneous combustion or are exposed to an excessive pressure.

Fans VR 12-26 VK (RK) are designated for displacement of gas-steam-air mixtures of IIА, IIВcategories, which contain no explosive substances and aggressive gases and steams polluted by impurities, wherein corrosion rate for stainless steel and brass does not exceed 0,1 mm a year, content of dust and other solid impurities is not more than0,1 г/м3, and there are no adhesive substances and fibrous materials. These fans cannot be applied fordisplacement of gas-steam-air mixtures, coming from process units, in which explosive substances are heated above the temperatures of their spontaneous combustion or are exposed to an excessive pressure.

Maximum temperature of medium to be displaced by the general-purpose fans – 80° С, for heatresistant ones (J) – 200° С. Based on the rotation direction of an impeller, high-pressure fans are
subdivided into right-hand rotation fans – when impeller is rotated clockwise if look from the side of suction, and left-hand rotation fans – when impeller is rotated anticlockwise.
