Fans VR 80-75 are made of carbon steel and applied for displacement of non-aggressive gas or air, having temperature of not more than 80°С and dust level of not more than 100mg/m3, which does not contain adhesive substances and fibrous materials.
Fans  VR 4-75 V and  VC 4-70 V(explosion-protected fans made of mixed metals) are designated for displacement  of  gas-steam-air  explosive  mixtures  of IIA  and  IIB  categories,  which  do  not  cause accelerated corrosion of carbon steel and aluminum  (rate of corrosion – not more than 0,1 mm a year), wherein content of dust and other solid admixtures does not exceed 0,1 g/m3, and there are no adhesivesubstances and fibrous materials, and the temperature does not exceed 80°С. Fans cannot be applied for displacement of gas-dust-air mixtures from the process units, in which explosive substances are heatedabove the temperature of their spontaneous combustion or are exposed to an excess pressure.
Fans  ВЦ 4-75, from  № 2 to  №5, have impellers made with studs, which improve impeller geometry, reduce vibration and level of noise during fan operation, correspondingly.
Fans № 2 – № 4 have improved frame. Vibration is reduced owing to a rigidity of such new frame.
These fans can be made with zinc-coated shell, ensuring protection from atmospheric precipitations and improving fan appearance.
Fans VR 80-75 are radial low-pressure one-side suction fans. Thefollowing fans are considered to be analogues: VC4-75, VC4-70. Quantity of impeller blades: VR80-75 №2,5-8 -13 pcs.; VR80-75 №10-16 –12 pcs.
Fans VR 80-75 are applied for:
•  air-conditioning systems;
•  ventilation systems in industrial, public and residential buildings, as well as shops;
•  other industrial and sanitation purposes.
