+7 (4942) 622-023Air-heaters КP-SК, similar to air-heaters VNP, having such a heat-transfer agent as steam, are designated for air heating in the heating, ventilation and conditioning systems. Air should have maximum permissible concentration of chemically active materials as per GOST 12.1.005-76, dust content not more than 0,5 mg/m3 and no adhesive substances and fibrous materials. Air-heaters are designated for operation under conditions of cold climate of the 3rdcategory of location as per GОSТ15150-69.
Steam calorifers КP-SК, similar to calorifers VNP, should not be installed on the objects, which generate outer vibration with mean square value of more than 2 mm/sec. In winter period operation of the calorifers кскshould be started with the rate of temperature rise not more than 30°С per hour.
Steam calorifers КP-SК3 have three and КP-SК4 have four rows of heat-transferring elements made of steel tube 16х1,2 with aluminium helical rolled ribbing ~29 mm. Air-heater consists of heattransferring elements, tube grids, covers and detachable zinc-coated shields. Oval holes 12х16 located from the sides of tube grids and detachable shields are designated for air-heaters installation and fastening during installation.
Air-heaters VNP, КP-SК made of stainless steels are manufactured of steelstainless tube 16х1,5 12Х18Н10Тand aluminium rolled ribbing with nominal diameterof 39 mm, correspondingly. Grid (cover) is made of stainless steel 12Х18Н10Т. Shield (side panel) – from zinc-coated metal.
Steam calorifers КP-SК 3 and КP-SК 4 are made of hydraulically tested and heat-treated tubes manufactured by OJSC “Pervouralskiy Novotrubniy Zavod”; these tubes are made according to GOST 10704-91В/ГОСТ10705-80.
